Approach from the N1 onto Dorset Street. Make a left turn onto Gardiner Street, and continue to the Sean MacDermot Street intersection. Turn right onto Sean MacDermot Street. Take a left turn at the O'Connell Street Intersection. Continue the length of O'Connell Street, cross O'Connell Bridge, leading onto D'Olier Street and make a right turn at the street's end looping back onto Westmoreland Street. Take a left turn onto Fleet Street. This Dublin City Centre hotel is located on the right hand side next door to the Palace Bar.
From the South
Approach on N11 onto Leeson Street. Circle St. Stephens Green and turn right onto Dawson Street, turn right onto Nassau Street. Keep Trinity College on your left and bear left at Lincoln Place, turn left onto Westland Row. At the end of Westland Row turn left onto Pearse Street. Turn right onto Tara Street. Turn left onto Essex Quay. At O'Connell Bridge turn left onto D'Olier Street and make a right turn at the street's end looping back onto Westmoreland Street. Take a left turn onto Fleet Street. From the West
Approach Dublin on the N4 onto St Johns Road West. Make a left turn after Heuston Station and cross the River Liffey. Continue the length of the Quays until you reach O'Connell Street at which point make a right turn. Cross O'Connell Bridge and continue along D'Olier Street and make a right turn at the street's end looping back onto Westmoreland Street. Take a left turn onto Fleet Street. From Dublin Airport by bus
The blue Aircoach OR Airbus 747, both travel directly by road from Dublin International Airport to O'Connell Street. Journey times vary between 25-45 minutes - avoid rush hour traffic (ie. 7.30 - 9.30am; 1700 - 1830). Prices are approximately €7 one-way, €12 return. Taxi fare from the airport should cost approximately €25-30, depending on traffic and the number of people travelling.

By Rail
You will probably arrive at Heuston or Connolly Station, which are Dublin's principal railway stations. The Principal Hotel is a short taxi ride from both stations. A feeder bus runs between Connolly and Heuston Station, passing through the city centre, approximately every ten minutes.
If you are coming from Connolly station, ask the driver to stop the bus at Aston Quay. Get off the bus and walk towards O'Connell Bridge, take a right turn onto Westmoreland Street, and take the next right onto Fleet Street. We are located on the right hand side next door to the Palace Bar.
If you are coming from Heuston Station ask the driver to stop at Bachelors Walk, get off the bus and cross O'Connell Bridge, cross onto Westmoreland Street, and take a right turn onto Fleet Street. This Temple Bar Hotel is located on the right hand side next door to the Palace Bar.
Arriving By Ferry
Proceed along East Wall Road. Right turn onto North Wall Quay at the Point Theatre, continue along the north quays. Turn left onto the Matt Talbot Memorial Bridge. Turn right onto Georges Quay, continue along Burgh Quay. Turn left at O'Connell Bridge onto D'Olier Street, at the intersection turn right onto College Street, and right again onto Westmoreland Street. Take a left turn onto Fleet Street. This hotel near Trinity College Dublin is located on the right hand side next door to the Palace Bar.
